Our beginning became suddenly...was the spontaneous decision of a cook with love, dreams, lost one little and yet, a little disappointed by the practices and sloppiness of restaurant deliveries!

The cook of our history, at that time, was facing the appetites of a pregnant wife. Pregnant and permanently sleepy wife, had not courage nor a food to cook and resorted to telephone orders...in vain though, as the appetite of his wife are not satisfied, nor to the minimum! So what do the poor our cook, he promised her 'flavors and aromas...'

And one day he said: 'My dear, I have not riches and palaces to your promise...Neither dowries and trips to exotic countries...I'm from Serres in origin, I have grown in the neighborhoods of Thessaloniki and the only thing I know is to cook well...what did you say to open a small restaurant, to cook every day your favorite food and coming and eat others people... That's how it happened...On the occasion of a pregnancy and some other facts that do not fit said in this public this forum, started Melilotos the cooking! And cooked to the kitchen, his mother in law and she caught with macedonian hand of the ladles...And when his wife gave birth, and she went to restaurant to help...to be near to the pots with flavors she had promised her beloved!
