The Melina Cafe Restaurant is located east of the Venetian castle Fortezza. Overlooking the city and mountains Rethymno from a different corner of the old city will be sure to enjoy a drink or meal.

In the restaurant menu, especially distinguished traditional Cretan dishes such as oftes potatoes, a facing and potato pancakes on the stove. Apart from these you can taste fresh fish of the Cretan Sea or spaghetti cooked in lamb broth with ricotta.
