Combining experience with anxious entrepreneurial spirit in 1986 we made a new beginning in the restaurant area in the beautiful the Aegean island of Paros. AIOLI counts a little years of life, initially starting as a personal company and with the passing of the time was enriched with the new members of Andreas' family Kapsalis.

In view of the desire to create it as best as possible image of the business in the place and gaining appreciation on the part its associates and customers, its initiator and promoter set the foundations by pursuing and installing good and healthy relationships with all partners and serving customers with the best possible way.

Within this general framework of aspirations, it could not also include the choice of the right raw materials, which in the majority of them are drawn from the domestic market, fresh and selected on the basis of health rules.

In the year we are in, our inspiration has expanded to the field the cultivation of our own vegetables, vegetables, fruits and olive trees, with the aim of making them available to our customers to taste the authentic flavors of our produce.

The new members of the family, backed by the long-standing father's experience, they also help with the knowledge and the modern way of thinking in providing new ideas to improve the way operation.
