Fabrika tavern is located in the heart of Volissos. Built in 1887, it is made of stone adorned with exquisite architectural elements. It was named after the old oil press it housed in the past. Enjoy local dishes, while admiring the exhibits (traditional machinery of the old oil press) of the industrial museum housed in the same place. Tasty homemade delicacies and traditional starters made by Ms. Sofia and mouth-watering grilled dishes cooked by Mr. Dimitris are served with care. Greek traditional music and a cozy atmosphere accompany you all the time.

'FABRIKA' apartments are located in the heart of Volissos, a highland village in the north of Chios. It consists of six, spacious apartments, decorated with traditional furniture & antiques, fully equipped to provide with all the modern comforts for the vacations you dreamt of! It's also an ideal destination during winter period since spending relaxing moments in front of a fireplace is all that matters... And that's not all!! All the meats are our production from our farm, all vegetables, salads from our garden. Our property is located in Rodonas, Volissos, along passes the river Malagkiotis. Our best kontosouvli (pork in parchment paper on the spit ... delicious taste)!!
