Pavlos Palaiologos was a fisherman. In 1967 he decided to operate the small beer bar - restaurant in the area of ​​Agnonta in Skopelos which later took his name. The tourism of Skopelos was then in its first steps. From the early years, Pavlos's reputation had begun to grow. The fresh threshing and fish were the ones that made it special.

As the years passed, mr Pavlos grew old, and at a certain point the business was taken over by his daughter and his son-in-law (Angeliki and Nikos Floros).

The last 7 years the tradition continues with the son, Thanasis Floros.

I thank all those who supported our small beer bar - restaurant for the last three generations. The story goes on with us younger ones trying to respond to what Pavlos himself was aiming for; quality of materials and customer service ...
