The philosophy of the Chrysostomos restaurant is the preparation of genuine Cretan flavors cooked in the wood oven that are made With appetite, taste and authentic quality Cretan materials, mainly taken from the land of Sfakia. Our goal is to taste the traditional Cretan cuisine and especially Sfakiani and in order to achieve this we choose Very carefully the materials and raw materials we will use. Lambs and goats from Sfakia, pure cheeses, Extra virgin Cretan olive oil, are some of the ingredients we use.
We offer you pre-cooked bread baked in the wood oven, which you can combine with some olive oil (From December to February you will find & the famous gouache) and thick sea salt.
