Today, from our new balcony, we continue to be relieved from the view and the allure of the caldera, welcoming our friends and visitors that are seeking with nostalgia the Omeric 'day of the return' to the good 'home' food. Same as it ever was!

'Skala' means Staircases in Greek, and in a place where staircases are...more than enough, we started off on 1984 to make our own Skala, leading to a beautiful terrace that is of course none other than the Greek cuisine!

Time after time, step by step, our terrace filled with the scents and flavors of this blessed land, with happy faces and memorable moments, with feasts and songs, with encounters and memories. Our Skala became a staple in Santorini's gastronomy and an international landmark of our lovely island.
