Cookouchi or else the Cooking with Mind, is a dream come true for me. I come from Nicholas Tselemendes Island, beautiful Sifnos. It was my dream since childhood to become a cook. My mentor, my grandfather, prompted me to follow my own journey in world of cooking, which in my first lesson very captivated. Cooking is for me art, an art that brings us closer, is love, is passion...so I decided I do my passion art. With love, patience and perseverance I want to share this delicious journey with you. Otherwise what is the point of my love that unless you share it with more people. The execution of the recipe, setting the plate is half the pleasure.
