In a warm place in Nea Smyrni we managed to revive the flavors of the perfumes and the music of Smyrna. Inspired by Valia's grandmother's recipe from Burnova we created a menu based on traditional Smyrna cuisine with influences of modern Greek cuisine for all tastes.

Burnov, officially Burnovas, was inside the North Suburbs of Smyrna. Its name derives from the Turkish words burun and one which mean the nose of the plain. The wealthy families of Smyrna lived in the suburb but it was also the neighborhood of foreigners of the English inhabitants of the city (English community).

From Burnova all sports activities started in Smyrna and it was the center of Sport city's. It was built before the 1900s and it was in the early years Panionios Games. Also before 1900 he had three sports clubs: Orpheus, Mercury and the English AO Burnova. Burnov was famous for his beautiful ladies and flowers.
