Australia restaurant born in Sigri in 1973 by Vayu and Iphigenia Egret with money acquired after 15 years of exile in distant Australia. That was why he took that name.

With great effort and great zeal and of course very good kitchen, in very little time restaurant gained many fanatic customers coming from all over the island, Athens and the rest of Greece, and abroad, to enjoy the food dame Effie.
